At Bayside Recovery & Wellness Center our mission is to provide holistic mental health support to individuals 18 years and older who are Active Duty Military Members, Veterans, First Responders, Front Line Workers, and their immediate family members. Empowering them to heal from trauma and addiction. Through evidence-based therapies, community engagement, and personalized care, we are committed to restoring hope, resilience, and well-being in the lives of those who have sacrificed so much for our safety and security.

Our trauma and addiction treatment programs are designed with YOU in mind. You will be treated as the individual you are with specific wants, needs, and values that must be met in order to live a life you can love! Your treatment program is carefully designed, specifically tailored to you, in a safe and warm environment that fosters the most effective interventions for your individual whole person wellness growth goals.
Your treatment plan will include individual therapy, group therapy, and various other treatments and approaches such as mindfulness-based stress reduction, behavioral wellness, chiropractic care, art therapy, trauma treatment, psychoeducation on communication and boundaries, sleep hygiene, the neurobiology of addiction and so much more.
